These terms govern your use of Sleetmoot, a free, offline, pass-and-play party game for iOS. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sleetmoot for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

In-game items

Sleetmoot has no real-money purchases and no in-game currency. Progress such as your Chronicle, player standings, and Sleetmarks is earned through play, has no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged, and may be reset if you wipe progress or delete the app.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the app. Sleetmoot is for personal use by you and the people you play with around your device.

Intellectual property

The game and all of its art, text, and code belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership of the app or its content to you.

Disclaimer

Sleetmoot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Children

Sleetmoot is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
